Un’enoteca chiaramente figlia della passione per il buon vino e il buon cibo. Ci siamo andati convinti dal gestore del B&B in cui alloggiamo a Vasto, con qualche dubbio (siamo appassionati di ristoranti rustici): non avremmo potuto stare meglio. Accolti con anticipo rispetto all’orario canonico (a noi piace cenare presto), abbiamo trascorso due ore di puro piacere. Eccellenti gli antipasti abruzzesi, deliziosi i tortelli fatti in casa, sorprendente il carpaccio. Per i vini ci siamo affidati al giovane Giancarlo, il ragazzo in sala: studia da chef e farà sicuramente carriera nel settore, vista la professionalità che sa già mettere in campo. Unico parametro: abruzzesi. Abbiamo ricevuto un Trebbiano Superiore Pietramore con gli antipasti, poi un Nobile di Montepulciano Oderisio. Vini eccellenti, a dimostrare il lavoro straordinario dei vignaioli abruzzesi, ma anche la sensibilità del gestore Alessio nel selezionare il meglio. Insomma, Le Sommelier offre un livello di qualità raro e prezioso. Il conto inferiore alle aspettative è stato la ciliegina sulla torta.

La giusta intensità della luce all'interno del locale, il design curato in ogni dettaglio e il servizio impeccabile, fanno di questa enoteca un vero gioiello! Il cibo? Eccellente, ma il vino scelto per noi da Alessio, fa sì che ogni boccone sia un sospiro di piacere...e non sto esagendo! Consiglio vivamente l'esperienza in questo posto incantevole!

Che dire....ALTAMENTE QUALITATIVO!! Personale preparato in tutto. Si sente aria di scuola, di preparazione sia dal punto di vista dei vini e sia dal punto di vista gastronomico. Servizio eccellente e personale qualificato e soprattutto cosa che ogni cliente nel 2020 vorrebbe:IL SORRISO. Locale bello e curato nei piccoli particolari, forse un po nascosto ma consigliato vivamente!! se volete trascorrere una serata in compagnia del buon vino e del cibo, senza grande caos.... SIETE NEL LOCALE GIUSTO!
